Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:
























If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside a select number of rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

THERE ARE 4 IMPORTANT PAYMENT DEADLINE DATES
(JULY 31, SEPTEMBER 15, NOVEMBER 15 AND JANUARY 10)

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS JULY 31, 2024. PLEASE NOTE A DEPOSIT OF $300 ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE, OTHERWISE THE BOOKING WILL AUTO-CANCEL. IF YOU ADD FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE TO YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.

- A SECOND DEPOSIT EQUIVALENT TO 30% OF YOUR RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2024. 

A THIRD DEPOSIT EQUIVALENT TO 30% OF YOUR RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE ON NOVEMBER 30, 2024.

- THE FINAL PAYMENT ON THE REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE ON JANUARY 10, 2025.

YOU MAY ESCALATE PAYMENTS OR MAKE PAYMENTS
MORE FREQUENTLY IF YOU DESIRE.

A PENALTY OF $50 PER PERSON IS ENFORCED ON LATE PAYMENTS.
